Confessions of A Real Estate Investor

On November 4, 2009, in News, by admin

I’m not sure where to begin, but here we go…

Right now being a Real Estate investor is probably one of the most frowned upon professions. This time 4 years ago Real Estate investors, brokers, appraisers, loan originators were among the “top” professions. Everyone was proud to be any one of those professions. Once the market crashed they packed up and left town without a trace! Now if you tell people you are a real estate investor the 1st thing out their mouth is “OH MY GOD How’s that working for you right now”? They believe everything they hear and see about how bad real estate is right now. The sad reality is this…. real estate investors who had no financial education as it pertains to investing in Real Estate are either flat broke and about to let all their properties go, or have already made the decision to let go all the piece of crap properties they bought. This market has taken many investors for a ride that that never meant too take! I was a victim of this ride! A couple years ago I decided to expand my business to a different market. That market was Gary Indiana! This was by far the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I’ve seen the city of Gary bankrupt a couple hard money lenders! Thank God I didn’t invest too much money in that city! As an investor you have to be willing to take risk because without risk there is no reward! The thing to do is to make sure you minimize those risks and maximize your rewards! Now I’m sure your wondering how in the heck do I minimize my risk and maximize my reward in this kind of market. Here is the answer…. you have to educate yourself,

• Find a great system,

• implement that system,

• have a winning attitude,

• motivation, and

• Most of all take action!

We offer a foreclosure training that is second to none. Using our foreclosure training methods you will be able to invest in properties that will generate profits of 30k-75k. Trust me when I say using the foreclosure methods from 5 years ago will not work in today’s market. I will be having the last free real estate seminar of 2009. If You are seriously wanting to invest in real estate then this is an event that you don’t want to miss!
